The militaristic kingdom of Gratze has suddenly launched attacks on neighboring kingdoms. The main character and his friends, Torma and Rami, are told by Rubius, a priestess of Nazarre that Gratze was led by Ragule, a man who has released the soul of the legendary Beast. She tells them that the purpose of Gratze's invasion is to find the rest of the Beast's parts in the ancient ruins strewn across the continents, so the Beast can be whole again. It’s up to them to stop Ragule from acquiring the parts of the Beast and save the world from destruction.
