BLACK and Okami look very good/interesting.

The Settlers (from Scottt's list) sounds interesting as well. I've never played it before and can't find much info on the PS2 version.

These games are on my list to buy. I'm also checking out Phantasy Star Universe and Rygar 2 if it ever sees the light of day. Code Age Commanders looks interesting too, but its definitely a rent before purchase. Last but not least, Namco's Plague of Darkness is worth looking into as well, but again its more of a rental.

Rygar was terrible.

I liked Rygar. I didn't think it was great, but for $19.99 it was fun for the money.

Rygar was the first game I bought for my PS2. Unfortunately I was sick with the flu that same weekend. Rygar was all I did for 3 days straight and I loved every minute of it

I've enjoyed what I've played of Rygar, but for the sequel, they really have to step their game up. There's just no excuse for invisible walls, stiff controls and a camera that allows you to lose yourself on screen at this point in gaming evolution.
