Persona 4: Arena

Reviews and impressions of Persona 4: Arena have been great so far. I tried to rent it from GameFly, but they failed to send it to me, so I probably won't get to play it for a while. But I'm curious to see if anyone else here is playing it? Would be nice to see some impressions from good ole CC.

Is this like a BlazBlue type thing? Was never a fan of that game.

I also never played Persona 4 so the appeal is not really there for me.

It's a Arc Sytem Works game, so there's still a focus on all of their hallmarks (quick paced combat, lots of double jumping). But from what I've read it's been scaled down in Persona 4: Arena. It's probably the most "normal" fighter ACW has made.

…it's from Arc System Works so I know it's solid. Hasn't really been on my radar though b/c I've been following some other stuff. I may pick it up soon, no discount needed, but I'm a fan of the genre (especially 2D fighters). Actually I'm behind on fighters and still need to dl Skullgirls.
