Microsoft Most powerful console available. The Xbox is doing well on its homecourt, but on the road sales aren't dominating.

PlayStation Plus - Service Required

Must I now pay for PlayStation Plus to have all online access that many multi-player games will be offering on the PS4? It's $50 now, and I thought I heard a price increase for the service when PS4 goes live.

Can some turn me on to the facts of the PlayStation Plus service?

I've been paying for XBL for 10 years, this doesn't bother me in the least.

I do hope Sony takes this money and invests it into PS+ to make it as good as XBL.

I still have a ton of questions, like will the seamlessly interface all the different games together across the PS+ network?

PS+ has a ton of growing room.

It might be splitting hairs but PS+ isn't really comparable to XBL. PS+ is just a subscription and it does alot more than just online gaming. the direct comparison would be PSN (Playstation network). It's what lets you play games and connect to other people and would need to be upgraded/changed in your scenario.

At least that's my understanding. I could be wrong.

I get what you're saying, but you have ot have PS+ to play PSN online, so i figured they're making it 1 in the same this next generation.
