edit: only thing that's a little disappointing is the game will still be using the same engine as Oblivion/Fallout 3 (Gamebyro), though they said it's a "heavily modified version". I was hoping for a new engine since I feel this one is a little dated, but I'm sure Bethesda will work their magic and make it look 10x better then Oblivion.

Apparently they're going to do a Dead Rising 2 sort of thing and have a downloadable episode prior to release. "The Mile High Club" will lead you directly to the start of Skyrim.

Also looks like Gambryo is out and they are using a brand new engine for Skyrim...Which is awesome, cuz Gambryo has some serious clipping issues.

New engine has me a little more insterested. Unfortunatly I can never finish these type of rpg's. More interested in Dragon Age 2.

games where enemies level up as you do (and often more efficiently) are lame. nothing like a level 90 archmage getting slaughtered by a mud crab.

Because we're calling an absurd design feature absurd? There are better ways to go about creating a constant challenge. You shouldn't have to scientifically level your character just to stay competitive at higher levels. There should never be any incentive to NOT leveling in a game.
