Whats the one must have anime on DVD? Ive pretty much seen everything on VHS, but which movie or series has the coolest DVD extras?

BTW- when are we going to see akira on DVD?

Kewlios. I also got Mononoke Hime on DVD. I really like that movie. It's one of the few movies that I don't have a problem watching the dubbed version over the subtitled one. They really did quite a job with the voice actors http://www.consolecity.com/forum/smile.gif

As for must have DVDs, most of them don't really have much in terms of extras. They do have multi-language support though, which is nice.

Ya, its a shame there weren't any good extras on the DVD. I heard there was a 2 hour making of Mononoke Hime that was released in Japan. If I remember right my friend said people want the making of to be put on another release of the DVD, but some how I doubt that will ever happen... http://www.consolecity.com/forum/frown.gif

We watched Mononoke in my Japanese class (no subtitles =( ) and I really want to get this one on DVD now that it is finally out. Very well done, and very nice to watch.

Now where's that money I need to buy it? =)
